Individual or group Reiki?
Last weekend I tried a group Reiki session for the first time, and it felt totally different from the one-to-one experience I had a few months ago. In the group, the atmosphere was warm, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that the energy was kind of “spread out,” if that makes sense. During the individual session, the focus felt more direct and personal. Now I’m wondering how others compare the two. Do people usually feel a stronger effect in private sessions, or can group settings be just as impactful?
